Jochen Schumacher is the founder and managing director of Pro X Services GmbH – and the visionary driving force behind the company. With over 20 years’ experience in design and planning, development and project management of bespoke systems, he brings a unique technical understanding to the table. He has made a name for himself particularly in the field of complex drying systems across various scales and industries. Jochen Schumacher recognised early on that even the best technical solution only leads to success if it is also market-oriented. Consequently, over ten years ago he shifted his focus to international technical sales. In a leadership role at his former employer, he established new business divisions in the food, pharmaceutical and medical cannabis sectors and achieved impressive sales successes. His extensive network, his expertise in product and process development, his project management know-how and his experience in quality management now flow into every project at Pro X Services. Jochen Schumacher stands for hands-on innovation and practical solutions – always with the aim of getting the best results for the customer.

Markus Eberhart heads up the Product and Process Development division at Pro X Services and is the creative mastermind behind our technical innovations. As an experienced engineer, he ensures that ideas do not remain mere theory, but are translated into tangible results in practice. He has many years of experience in experimental design and Prozessoptimierung und kennt die Herausforderungen sowohl im Labor als auch in der großtechnischen Anlage. Mit diesem Hintergrund treibt Markus Eberhart die Entwicklung neuer Verfahren und Produkte maßgeblich voran – von ersten Machbarkeitsstudien und Prototypen bis hin zur Begleitung von Pilotproduktionen bei unseren Kunden. Sein besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei der Effizienz und Qualität: Er denkt Prozesse ganzheitlich, vom Rohstoff über sämtliche verfahrenstechnischen Schritte bis zum Endprodukt, und behält stets die Einhaltung von GMP-Standards im Blick. Dank seiner Expertise entstehen Lösungen, die nicht nur innovativ, sondern auch praxistauglich und zuverlässig reproduzierbar sind.
