In the Pro X Develop<\/strong> division, our full innovative potential comes to the fore in process and product development<\/strong>. Here, we go that crucial extra step to turn ideas into market-ready products and optimised processes. To this end, we operate our own technical centre, where new processes are tested and refined. We develop product samples (prototypes) and initially test manufacturing processes on a small scale to gain insights into feasibility, efficiency and quality.<\/p>\n

This \u2018lab-to-fab\u2019 principle \u2013 from laboratory scale to industrial application \u2013 enables us to scale innovations in a targeted manner. We translate what works in the laboratory into practical application: we design complete processes, define the optimal parameters and support their implementation in production. Whether it involves the gentle drying of sensitive active ingredients, the development of novel food ingredients or the improvement of energy-intensive process steps \u2013 proX_develop delivers practical solutions. In doing so, we always ensure GMP compliance and robust designs, so that the result is not only innovative but also safe, reproducible and cost-effective. Ultimately, our customers receive a fully developed process or a market-ready product that meets all requirements and has been optimised for production scale.<\/p>\n
